Dear SBAD Families, Past and Present

As the stage lights dim and the final note fades, and with a bittersweet heart, the Sean Boutilier Academy of Dance takes its final bow

After 43 remarkable years, the time has come for the Sean Boutilier Academy of Dance to lower the curtain on an era and to announce the changing of the studio's name. My dream and life's work were to build a beautiful permanent home for my Etobicoke and Mississauga families where their children could be safe and flourish while developing their love of dance.

I feel so blessed with the trust and support of the thousands of students and parents that came to the studio and were a part of the SBAD family.

I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart. It has been my absolute honor and privilege to be a part of your family and the arts community in Etobicoke and Mississauga.

I have such wonderful memories of the relationships and friendships I developed over the years with so many parents, and the joy to have been able to share my love of dance with your beautiful and talented children. 

I will cherish them forever.
